Our low impact classes will help you to reach your goal no matter what it maybe. All can be completed from your own home. Check out our shop if you need equipment. All for £10 a month . We offer a free 7 day trial.

Falls Prevention -
Strength and Balance

These classes will focus on improving your balance, strength, endurance and coordination. All you will need is a chair and resistance bands.

Pilates

Pilates is a great low impact class to  improve flexibility, increase muscle strength and tone, particularly of your abdominal muscles, lower back, hips and buttocks (the 'core muscles' of your body) 

Low Impact Circuits

Designed to get your heart rate up and work your whole body. Without putting impact onto your joints. Lots of options for all abilities.

Physical activity also helps control blood sugar levels and lowers your risk of heart disease and nerve damage. Whilst helping to maintain your blood sugar levels.
